PrintMyVibe is a Toronto-based custom print studio with a twist — we don’t just print your files. We create our own original vibe-forward designs and heat-press them onto quality everyday products: mugs, T-shirts, cushions and more.

Think of us as a small creative studio that happens to run a print shop. Our mascot Viby (Chief Vibe Officer) keeps things warm, cheeky and fun — because buying a gift or treating yourself should feel good from start to finish.

Our studio is in North York, Toronto, Ontario 🇨🇦 — but we don’t operate a walk-in shop. All orders are placed online at printmyvibe.ca and shipped directly to your door. We deliver across the GTA and Canada-wide.

We don’t offer local pickup at this time — all orders are shipped. We use UniUni for GTA delivery and Canada Post for Canada-wide shipping, so your order arrives safely and trackably right to your door.

Viby is our animated AI mascot and self-appointed Chief Vibe Officer — the warm, cheeky personality behind the brand. Viby helps you navigate our designs, find the right product for your mood and reminds you that life’s too short for boring gifts.

SECTION 2 — Our Designs & Products

Both — with an important distinction.

Our primary offering is our own original curated graphic designs — exclusive collections you won’t find anywhere else. Think pet vibes, good mood prints, butterfly art, cultural designs and more. You choose a design you love, we press it beautifully.

Light personalization is available on most products — adding a name, date or short message to an existing design. We don’t offer full custom artwork creation from your uploaded files as our main service.

Yes! Most of our products support light personalization — your name, a date, a short phrase or a dedication. Just enter your details at checkout and we’ll incorporate it into the design before pressing.

Our primary catalogue is curated original designs — that’s our creative sweet spot. For fully custom design-from-scratch requests, reach out to us directly and we’ll let you know if it’s something we can accommodate. We handle these on a case-by-case basis.

Yes. Every design in our collection is created by our studio — you won’t find these prints sold elsewhere. When you order from PrintMyVibe, you’re getting something genuinely original.

We do! Our Pet’s Vibe collection features custom pet-themed designs — perfect for the person who considers their fur baby a full family member. Add your pet’s name for that extra personal touch.

SECTION 3 — Printing & Quality

We use two professional printing methods depending on the product:

DTF (Direct to Film) heat transfer — used for our cotton T-shirts, tops and tote bags. The design is printed onto a transfer film and heat-pressed onto the fabric, producing vibrant, durable, wash-resistant prints.

Dye sublimation — used for mugs, cushions and polyester products. The ink becomes permanently bonded into the material — it doesn’t sit on top, so it never peels, cracks or fades with normal use.

Every product is hand-pressed in our North York Toronto studio with professional equipment and checked before it ships.

When cared for properly — no. Our DTF prints on apparel are wash-resistant and designed for everyday wear. Sublimation on mugs and cushions is permanent and doesn’t peel at all — the ink is part of the material, not a layer on top.

For best results: wash garments inside out on a gentle cycle. Hand-wash mugs when possible (though most dishwashers are fine on a gentle setting).

Professional grade. We use commercial heat-press equipment and quality blank products — not hobbyist gear. Every order goes through a quality check before it leaves our studio. If something isn’t right, we reprint it. No questions. No drama.

Our unisex T-shirts run standard sizing — we recommend sizing up if you prefer an oversized fit.

Our fitted women’s tops are designed with a contemporary fitted silhouette — we recommend sizing up at least one size for a relaxed feel. Each product page includes a size guide. When in doubt, size up!

SECTION 4 — Ordering & Delivery

Simple:

  3. Add any personalization (name, date, message) in the text field
  4. Add to cart and check out securely
  5. We press it, pack it and ship it straight to your door

We ship via UniUni (GTA) and Canada Post (Canada-wide). Tracking is provided on every order.

Zero minimums. Order one mug. Order one tee. We press single items with the same care as bulk orders — because your one order matters just as much to us.

SECTION 5 — Payments & Returns

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards and secure online payment at checkout. Your payment details are always encrypted and secure.

We want every order to make you smile. If something isn’t right — a quality issue, a printing error — contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we’ll make it right. We reprint or refund where applicable.

Please note: because every item is made to order, we can’t accept returns for change of mind. But if it’s our error — it’s on us, always.

SECTION 6 — Corporate & Bulk

Yes! We love working with Toronto businesses, teams and event organizers. Branded mugs, staff gift sets, team tees — we can accommodate larger orders with lead time.
