Placing an order
By placing an order on printmyvibe.ca you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age or have parental consent
- The information you provide (name, address, personalisation details) is accurate and complete
- You accept these Terms and Conditions in full
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion — for example if a product is unavailable, if payment cannot be processed or if an order contains content that violates these terms. In the event of cancellation you will be notified and fully refunded.
Pricing and payment
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes where required. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
We accept major credit and debit cards processed securely through Stripe and PayPal. Payment is taken in full at the time of ordering.
We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect orders already placed and confirmed.
Made-to-order products
All PrintMyVibe products are made to order — produced specifically for you after your order is placed. Because of this:
- We cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind
- Personalisation errors submitted by the customer cannot be reprinted at our expense — please review all details carefully before completing checkout
- Minor colour variations between your screen and the printed result are not considered defects

Personalisation and customer-submitted content
When you submit personalisation details (names, dates, messages) at checkout you confirm that:
- You have the right to use the content you submit
- The content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
- The content is not offensive, defamatory, discriminatory or unlawful
We reserve the right to refuse any order containing content we deem inappropriate without explanation. A full refund will be issued for refused orders.
Intellectual property
All original designs, graphics, branding and content on printmyvibe.ca — including designs created by PrintMyVibe — are the intellectual property of PrintMyVibe and may not be copied, reproduced or used without our written permission.
Products purchased from PrintMyVibe are for personal use only. Commercial reproduction or resale of our designs without written authorisation is prohibited.
Delivery and shipping
We ship within Canada only. We do not offer local pickup. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Please review our full Shipping Policy for complete details on production times, carriers and tracking.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Canadian law, PrintMyVibe’s liability for any claim arising from a product or order is limited to the value of that order.
We are not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential loss
- Delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside our control
- Loss or damage resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer
Website use
By using printmyvibe.ca you agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site
- Reproduce, copy or sell any content from the site without permission
- Transmit any harmful, offensive or disruptive content
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to our website at our discretion.

Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
