When is the last day to order a custom gift in Toronto for Christmas 2026?

For GTA local delivery, order by Wednesday December 16 — Friday December 11 if you want margin. For shipping elsewhere in Canada, order by Friday December 11, with Friday December 4 the comfortable date. A fully custom design needs 2-3 business days more. Past those dates, message us with your date and postal code and we'll give you a straight yes or no.

When should I order for Hanukkah 2026?

Hanukkah begins at sundown on Friday December 4, 2026 — three weeks before Christmas. Order by Friday November 20 for GTA delivery or Friday November 13 for the rest of Canada, with the last call a week later in each case. This is the deadline people most often miss.

How long does production take?

1-3 business days for our existing designs, then delivery on top. A fully custom design — a pet portrait, a logo, new artwork — adds an artwork approval step of about 2-3 business days before production starts.

Why are your recommended dates so early?

Not because of our production time, which stays at 1-3 business days. It's courier volume. Around Black Friday on November 27 and through mid-December, carrier transit times run well past their published averages — a parcel that normally crosses Ontario in three days can take six.

When do I need to order corporate or bulk gifts for the holidays?

The week of November 20. Logo approval and artwork checks take longer than printing does, and headcounts change. There's no minimum, mixed designs within a run are fine, and larger quantities get better per-unit pricing.

Can you rush an order?

Sometimes. It depends on the week and on whether the design already exists. Message us with the date and the postal code before you order and we'll tell you honestly — we won't take an order we don't think will arrive.

No. The gift boxes and ribbons shown in our product photos are styling only. Orders ship in protective packaging, ready for you to wrap.

What's the fastest option if I've left it late?

An existing design from the shop with GTA local delivery, personalised using the checkout field rather than with new artwork. That skips the artwork step and the least predictable part of the shipping chain.
